Michigan Works Agencies (MWAs) prepares people for jobs so businesses have the skilled workers they need to be competitive in our global economy. By matching job candidates to job openings for employers, the bottom line is jobs for people and people for jobs.
Michigan Works Agencies provide a wide variety of services to businesses to help employers find, train and retain qualified workers. Business Service Representatives are assigned to businesses to help them identify and address their training, employment and business development needs. Business Service Reps can also help businesses qualify for Incumbent Worker Training funds, Customized Training programs, and other special programs targeted to help businesses grow and prosper.
