 Where Hospitality Works provides employers easy access to Michigan Works Agencies who can provide them with a wealth of free business services. MWAs are a One Stop business service provider that will work with your business to:
- Register on the Michigan Talent Bank system to post your "Help Wanted" ads free of charge.
- Find workers with the right skill sets, training and qualifications.
- Review resumes of job seekers already in the system and connect to them directly.
- Prescreen and assess potential hires.
- Use their facilities for interviews.
- Participate in job fairs where employers can recruit and interview prospective employees.
In addition, Where Hospitality Works can connect to the Southeast Michigan Business Services Network and a local Business Solutions Professional who will work with local government, economic development and educational partners to provide the following value added services at no cost to you:
- Assess your training, employment and other business needs.
- Present you with a customized proposal that addresses those needs.
- Provide access to subsidized employment training and business development opportunities.
- Coordinate delivery of services to ensure customer satisfaction.
